Brigitte Taylor

Brigitte studied healing modalities such as the Yuen Method of energetic healing (non-physical) and also became a Master’s level reiki practitioner. Interestingly, she found that these modalities are great for not only addressing ailments in the body but also to create the life of your design.

She assists businesses, communities, educational institutions and youth empowerment programs by providing strategies for individual, group and environmental health through various events and programs of any size.

In addition, Brigitte is available to assist people by helping to address core issues of any manifestation of emotional, mental, psychological, physical, imbalance or dis-ease. She helps people in numerous ways using energy medicine including, but not limited to:

Energy Work:

*Setting and manifesting your goals, encouraging beautiful relationship with self and others;

* Stress relief, deep peace and relaxation;

* Address childhood traumas (youth and adults)

* Releasing physical and emotional pain;

* Visualization and meditation skills; and

* Boosting self-esteem, confidence ~ bringing forth greatness.

Brigitte has a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences (SDSU) in which she focused on urban studies as well as indigenous and spiritual healing methods.  She received the Certificate in Events Management at the University of San Diego (USD) in 2004.  She has practiced yoga and meditation for several years.  She has led group healing meditations at The Dharma Bum Temple and The Red Lotus Society.  Some of the youth groups with which Brigitte has planned and executed events include The Preuss School at UCSD, Horton Elementary School, San Diego Girls Alliance and The Maac Project.   Her education and background also include law as a paralegal, training in domestic violence counseling and court-appointed youth advocacy; working in guardianship and restraining order clinics with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyers Program; women’s shelters in San Diego and Washington, D.C.; serving transitioning and former foster youth through the Legal Aid Society as well as numerous community-based organizations.   She has donated numerous hours of service to the Alternative Healing Network’s clinic at the Tubman Chavez Center in Southeastern San Diego.

Over the years of working with people, Brigitte has found that many frequently deal with a variety of issues without a solid supportive network.  This does not have to be the case; there is always someone there to serve along the sacred path.
